About Home Builders

The Lakes Region Builders & Remodelers Association (LRBRA), is one of 5 in our state-wide master association. promoting, protecting and preserving the home building industry as a viable economic force in the Lakes Region area. LRBRA has been representing the industry for decades and is affiliated with the National Associate of Home Builders (NAHB) - the most highly respected home building industry organization.
 
As advocates for the building industry, we advance professionalism and promote community involvement. We are a positive influential force for responsible growth while protecting property rights and the privilege of home ownership.
 
Members can improve their professional skills and expertise and increase their value to the association through attending our monthly membership meetings or special networking events. These meetings keep members abreast of important issues in the home building industry by hosting a variety of speakers, from political leaders to industry experts.
 
Each year the association sponsors numerous opportunities to get involved in the community through our workforce initiative- mentor students at the Huot Tech Center yearly build project, educational scholarships & tool box awards, the Lakes Region Children's Auction, the golf outing for members and their guests or tap into the marketing efforts of our popular three day self guided Parade of Homes tour each fall. These events are great opportunities for associates and key sponsors to highlight products and services.
 
The Association has over one hundred members that include a mix of premier builders and remodelers and Associate members consisting of trade professionals of suppliers, architects, designers, financial institutions, distributors and more.
